i'm baking mini cheesecakes and the strawberry cream cheese mixture is so tasty that i keep eating it. i'll post pics of it when i'm done.

they look delicious! if you bake that pan in yet another pan with a shallow layer of water in it, it'll help stop them from having cracked tops (also, filling any empty cups in a muffin tin helps keep the pan from warping during baking).

i like piping chocolate into designs and using them as decoration pieces after they've cooled and set. or try making chocolate curls...they look very elegant.
