That's real strange, I never get those gross ads on Islamica. I think the worst ad I've seen on the sidebar is a weight loss ad where a girl in her underpants is holding a tape measure around her waist...otherwise I mainly get Muslim matrimonial ads. Glad I've never seen the nasty ones alhamdulillah.
