What do you call someone who has just done graduation?
Salaams,
Over here in Pakland, we call them "Fresh Graduate" usually 
That is how we differenciate between experienced and non-experienced candidates while hiring.
So what do you call them in your neck of the woods? Freshies? Greens? Bonkers? Hobos? |

They're just called "graduates". After they have worked for some years and gained experience in their field, they're no longer referred to as graduates.
"Freshies" is what we call fobs in the UK.
