Salam all,

I've been looking at this possibility as well and found some sites that may help you out. I'm not sure what industry you're looking to work in, so hopefully some may be of use to you.

The part about the traffic sucks...it's bad enough dealing with Manhattan's...how's the rent there? Food? Chill spots like movie theaters, cafes, etc..I'm not looking to just go and live it up...but I'm wondering if I should just take my XBox, possibly buy a Wii or PS3 and just call it a day.

Are there cheap inter-regional flights that I could take to some cool spots around the ME and Mediterranean regions like Ryanair?

Are there websites people can recommend or people that they know that can hook up a job (other than what I found?) I'm particularily interested in working in the legal sector if possible...

Thanks, salams,

psycho

Assalam Alaikum

Not exactly a jobsite but Dubai Forums.com : United Arab Emirates, Dubai Chat, Jobs in Dubai, Guide for Expats, Business Discussion has a lot of useful information on their message board. The 'Dubai Expat help' subcategory was particularly helpful to us when my husband and I decided to make the move from Houston, TX to Dubai earlier this year.

i just cant work in canada any more, i just hate the work ethics here. you have to work like a machine here all day long. employess are not treated as humans, they are treated like machines.
There is a world of difference between the work ethics here and the middle east or even latin american countries for that matter. Those places are so chilled and relaxed.

I would love to work in saudi arabia because saudis are just lazy lol, even the bosses are lazy.

Not yet. I'm just an analyst right now But I've been working in law firms since 2004...so I guess that's why I am aiming to work in law more than other fields.
