Re: Managing Test Anxiety -- Is there a cure for it?
I took benadryl the night before my boards to help me sleep and i was still a little drowsy when i started the exam. I noticed that I didnt have any of the anxiety that typically comes at the beginning of a big important exam like that. I dont know how much of that was from the benadryl, but in my mind thats what caused it
never did it before that, probably wont do it again.. but it worked

Wow....that sounds interesting. Is that a prescription medication? Do you need a note to get benadryl pills?

No it's over the counter. Benadryl is an anti-hystamine (for allergies) just go to any drug store, go to the alergy isle, and you'll find it.
