What: An Evening of Quranic Recitation
When: Saturday, January 5th at 6:30pm
Where: Dar al-Noor
The Muslim Association of Virginia (MAV) invites you and your family to join us for an evening of Qur'anic recitation. Titled "The Beauty of Truth", this event will feature a panel of reciters who will deliver different passages of the Qur'an in various types of recitation. This event will be taking place on Saturday January 5th starting at 6:30pm in the upstairs multi-purpose room of Dar al-Noor. All are welcome to this event!
Light refreshments will be served.

Yesterday I attended the lecture "A Journey to the Hereafter" by Dr. Ahmed Sidky held at Mustafa Center in VA.

Yeah, it was. Sidky has a way with this subject. I went to one i think 2 years ago in ICM. It is a lot better if there is no time constraints. He had to skip stuff this time. Parts were cut from each section. It was great nontheless.
