It's a LONDON ting...
Everyone who's cool knows that London is the greatest city in the world, but 'cos we are all dat we dont bother bragging about. Until now that is.

Ninjas can kill anyone they want! Ninjas cut off heads ALL the time and don't even think twice about it. These guys are so crazy and awesome that they flip out ALL the time. I heard that there was this ninja who was eating at a diner. And when some dude dropped a spoon the ninja killed the whole town. My friend Mark said that he saw a ninja totally uppercut some kid just because the kid opened a window.

Its a colliqial dialect...many regions do it in England.

No I haven't but I sometimes go to the fish place there, Seabass. Also there used to be a nice Italian place with yellow lights, but it got shut down and turned into something else.
