I was in Debenhams yday and waited bloody 15mins to pay for a gorgeous ring which wasn't even on sale (it being on sale would have justified the wait for me)

I ended up walkin out cursing under my breath at the incompetence of some staff eeeeedyats...

I went shops today :O I bought a wool coat and a skirt woohoooooooooooo. Alhamdulillah :$

It was s'posed to snow? There were a few snow flakes this morning before 10am but thats all ... yesterdays newspaper said there will be an inch of snow

I expect that kinda customer service in crappy area's like Dalston etc, not Central London I rmbr being given so many compliments from staff whilst working in retail and being super-nice to customers even when they were being horribly awkward.. I have vowed the next time I'm not happy with someone I will bring up their manager and cuss them out.. they don't deserve to be in employment if they are being poo, innit?!

Omg, I went to Accessorize in Regent Street today and bought the BEST cat collar ever for my kittne... Eeeek!! Will take pic and post it up

It was very cold today but I was also disappointed not to get the snow :-(

from Marylebone it goes straight to my town, but we have to go to drop her off to uni then go...yup i know my way around the tube but just i wanna take her somewhere different....
