Patient: So will they send someone up with the stuff to do it?
Me: Well, they'll send up the stuff and call me so I can do it.
Patient: Oh, OK, good. I'm really glad you're doing it and they aren't just sending a novice to do it.

overheard this in a department store. a little 3 y/o boy who had been in his father's arms had just been put down so that the father could examine some shirts. the boy had this emotional plea as if it were a life and death situation:
