my uncle told me a joke.

a memon employer calls over his employee, "you've done real well this year...here's a $5000 bonus check" he says,"insha'Allah if you work as hard next year i'll sign it"

Hmm, I knew you'd been to Karachi.
The question was more towards sixpak, the amir khan person, shshs, and anderson. Only one of whom is active here though...

I was wondering because I've come across some Punjabis who've never been to Punjab (for whatever reason) and it just seems odd to me.

Well, the 'Amir Khan' person went there when he was young. I was supposed to go there alone last summer but all my uncles in India convinced my parents not to let me go because I'm am amreekan, which apparently means I'll be mugged and ransomed as soon as I get off the plane...or something.

How do you have uncles in eendia? Are you an eendian Memon? if so, why would you want to visit Sindh?

Also, how many of the 700 Lohanas were from heendoostaan?

He wasn't trying to blend into the Bollywood scene.. he just didn't want his family to find out he was acting. It was a friend of his that suggested the pseudonym "Dilip Kumar." If he were trying to "blend into the Bollywood scene," he wouldn't have accepted the Nishan-e-Imtiaz award from Pakistan, thereby enraging India's Hindu zealots.

since he's now an established muslim (possibly memon?) under disguise, is it ok to have a crush on him?

Sometimes i think being memon is like being Dr Who

weird human thing: WHO are you? *puzzled look*

me: I'm......a memon

weird human thing: *shocked* i thought they were all extinct, disappeared, eliminated in war

me: I survived
