this is more common than people think. has happened to me twice despite me not signing up for any of this free stuff (don't know where they got our info). they just randomly start charging you $15 for "enhanced voice mail services". charged us for two months before I discovered it, and then after I called, they only refunded one month's worth after promising to refund both. and now another scam company has also charged us for something similar. I need a secretary to deal with all this crap man
