I'm wondering about how to fill out a W-4 form.
It says on it: Enter 1 if no one else can claim as you as a dependent. Does that mean that if they CAN claim you, more of your money will go to taxes?

It means either they (your parents or guardian) claim you as a dependant or you claim yourself as a dependant. If you don't put one then yea more money will go towards taxes but your parent or guardian who claims you will get a tax cut...

but if I put 1 then I'll get more money from my actual paycheck(Less taxes),right?

You can either claim 1 dependent (yourself) or claim 0. If you claim 1 then you'll get less taxes taken per paycheck. If you claim 0 then you'll pay more taxes per paycheck but you'll get a return when you file your taxes during tax season.
