Yup..before I couldn't work and now I can..so I work 50 hours a week to feed my cats..

i'm broke as a joke... $1.98 in my checking account right now had to pay for my airline ticket...I get paid next week though but still...student loan bill, shipping my computer to W. VA (sold it to my friend cuz I'm poor), and other random bills...sheeeeeeeeeet I'm so sick of it.
It's probably cheaper to get married so you split costs, eh? |

I don't know how people get so broke; I've been independent for like 2 years now, been on 2 month long holidays to exotic places not package holiday crap- gone over my budget in both and still never had to worry, alhamdulillah. And I'm not even cheap.
It's not like my parents are rich either and most of my little brothers games consoles, clothes, computers etc were courtesy of his awesome elder brother.
I think there is some wisdom in being selfless with money, people seem to go broke when they're being cheap trying to care about their own needs and wants but when you spend on others Allah makes up the shortfall probably.
Alhamdulillah i got a job now as well so going broke isn't on the horizon inshallah.
Brothers especially- don't be a broke ass cheap guy, which wife/family is going to be content with that? Watch Dragon's den or the Apprentice then maybe you'll be more positive thinking and not be broke.

You're either cheap and karmas keeping you poor or you didn't go grad school.
Also students are poor cos they're cheap and morons and poor people are poor because of the system.

How does being cheap make you broke? 
Students aren't broke 'cause they're cheap. They're broke 'cause they have to pay for tuition and buy their books, and sometimes rent and groceries and all that.
Also, grad school isn't the way to get rich.

Being cheap makes you poor via karma, a scientific process by which the cosmic balance of good and bad stays in equilibrium. If you're cheap you get poor, if you're generous you get rich-pretty simple. Inshallah.
