Yes, and also it just looks REALLY DODGY AND UGLY. But since your a white black chick It might not look so bad on you but I still think you suit darker colours in hair, would look prettier on you .

i like my hair the length it is now, but ewwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwww its so dead and unhealthy and split ends. i should probably get it trmmed but i dont wanna.

and i wanna dye my hair but its pretty thin and damaged already, itll onnly make it worse. poopie.

I'm growing my hair out, iA. I'm not getting it cut until maybe September, iA. I wish I could get my hair dyed. Every time I bring it up with any one of my friends, they start saying "Hell no" and other things to that effect. All of them have had their hair dyed, highlighted, and permanently straightened (using the Japanese method); however, if I even mention, highlights, all hell breaks loose. *Sigh

I have the same problem! Not split ends (I've had like 1 in my whole life! Alhamdulillah ) but dry and dead and falling out. I like long hair. It looks good on my size .
But its taking soooooo damn long to grow I wonder if I should just cut it anyways.

Also is this another myth: When you cut your hair if grows faster?
I kinda think it's maybe true cuz I cut my hair in January 2007 and it's still not back to the original length, and it seems like it's just not growing .

i'm the SAME. and i hate it. my hair got so damaged a couple of years ago when i permed and colored it. i told myself never again. but i can't stand my hair being so dark

I have that problem too. My natural hair is too dark for my skin, makes me look washed out. I recently got it dyed light honey brown with blonde highlights on top and got my eyebrows done to match and it looked amaaaazing alhamdulillah (after the initial shock of going so light wore off). The color of my hair matched my eyes. Now my dark roots are coming in and looking
