just for clarification, the outfit she's wearing is not really a gharara.
a gharara typically has break in the middle, where a stretch of fabric tapers the leg, kinda like a band of kaam right above the knee, and then it continues cascading down. (like pants)

or maybe i'm looking at the picture wrong?

yea it's called the "got" or whatever (pronounced like the english word goat with heavier T)

maybe its a "modern version," people are coming up with a lot of different ideas in fashion these days. Whatever it is, it's gorgeous
