About the ruffles: I'm not saying either way, but if I have to decide whether I like it or not, then I probably don't. My new philosophy is to only buy things I LOVE... and I can usually tell at first sight.

I purchased something similar to that top from the GAP for 12 bucks. Its brown with brass detailing. Its actually a jacket, but I have been wearing it as a shirt.

love at first sight is a great philosophy. if i dont love something as soon as i see it..i dont buy it. saves me a ton of money and i only buy stuff i'm going to wear for sure.
