Oh, and I got the nicest hijab from H&M today, Its blue and brown. I've been looking for the right shade of blue forever and I think this is it. Alhamdulilah

I've recently fell in love with Old Navy because it was the only place I can find wide leg pants. I just bought a pair 2 days ago.

Re: Girltalk: Style and Fashion
Sumiyia: I like the first pair. I'd want it in black though (even though I have a pair similar to that in black).

Re: Girltalk: Style and Fashion
munky: I like it.
I want some camouflage pants/fatigues.
And also some lightweight white linen pants for the summer. I walked through the entire mall yesterday and there was absolutely nothing in the stores though. Nothing. H & M had some of the pants I was looking for, but all that was left were the big sizes. Dynamite had some of those too, but they were too see-through. At least, that's what my friends said.

Re: Girltalk: Style and Fashion
american apparel is so freaking weird. all their female models look underage, anorexic, and have facial expressions that make one wonder if the photographer just molested them.

their male models tend to be ridiculously hairy. and more often than not, their ads are oversexualized to the point of being ridiculous.
their clothes are overpriced, boring, and ugly. right, like i'm going to pay $30 for a single white tshirt, when i could go to Target and buy a 6-pk of little boy undershirts that look exactly the same for $5.
but people seem to eat it up! at least that's the case in boston, which seems to be full of pretentious hipsters who like to use daddy's credit card to buy clothes that make them look poor.
does anyone else agree with me on this?

not many people in boston have a good sense of style so it's not surprising that AA sells well.

Love the colors. But the material..looks slippery and too hot for summer.
