yupyup what sugarberry said....
the photo here is very tacky and certainly photoshoped. they want to sell their product and want to make it show on the eyelashes so you wont think you buying something invisible.
but when u really try it on, its just adds a tint of color... not very visible like this picture but just a nice tint to it
also, ive never tried this brand before but theres another one that comes on very nice.. but i forgot the name.. ill try and find it though

All stolen from facebook.
I like these colorful ones
I'm not sure how i feel about fake eyelashes
I love these funky colors...but its too "loud" for a wedding. And for being such an up close picture this girl's skin is amazing.
this is a good example of tooo much eye makeup

Re: All stolen from facebook.
I don't like fake lashes, but I love the color she's wearing.
Oki, I have a make-up question [again].... what age were you allowed to wear make-up and what age will you begin to allow your daughters to wear make-up?
At 13 I was allowed to act stupid with my make-up but I wasn't allowed to wear what I REALLY was dying to wear, which was kohl. I wasn't allowed till I was 16. Gay.
I would allow my girls to wear make-up if it's age appropriate [ex: young= almost clear colors, glitter, funky nail polish, and flavored lightly tinted chap sticks/lip gloss etc.].

Re: The Official Make-Up Thread
Eh, it wasn't really an issue for me.
'Cause I only started becoming interested in make-up when I became older.
My dad gives me funny looks sometimes though when I put some make-up on in the car or something (me in the passenger seat; him in the driver's). But he doesn't say anything.
He's probably just wondering when I turned into a girl.
And then he asks for some moisturizer.

Re: The Official Make-Up Thread
When I was like 18 .
I was interested in playing with makeup when I was 13, but I didnt really get anything (apart from lipgloss), and would feel weird about wearing it coz my older sister whos 4 years older than me never used to wear makeup or anthing. So I never really had any makeup to play with when I wanted to. Then at 14, 15, 16, I wasnt really bothered. Only at 18 I became interested again. Plus I got more paranoid about how much my face sucked, so I had to invest in foundation. And then my sister started borrowing all my stuff and became a girl, after I did.
My neice is 10 and sometimes she wears lipgloss and occasianally light glittery eyeshadow. I dont see a problem with it as long as its really light makeup. I think it's okay to wear more than that maybe at 15. Is that strict ?

Re: The Official Make-Up Thread
I didn't start wearing makeup till I was like.. 18. which explains why I suck at it. heh.
and I don't know what age I'd let my daughters start putting make up on. maybe 16.

Hahaha.
Before getting married, my dad would be on me like white on rice over my clothing. It was ridiculous. Though, now since I'm married, my mom has told him to mind his own business for I have a husband now. It took him awhile to swallow that one. Lol. But now he just has this stupid tune he does when he wants to indirectly tell me that he doesn't approve of my pants, it goes like this...
Dad: SHADHA!
Me: Dad.
Dad: How did you fit yourself in those paaaants, in those paaaants? HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA.
Me: How did you fit yourself through the doooor, through the doooor? HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA.
Dad:
Me: Thought so old man.
