hello girls that are girlie.

so, i'm kinda enamored with the glamorous old hollywood look. i'd like to attempt to pull it off some day. do you guys think i can do it with black hijab or will it be too much? fyi, i almost NEVER wear lipstick. please advice so i don't look stupid.

I guess it depends how you wear the black hijab... if you wear it close to your face and covering your forehead, ya, it might look to much, but if give your face space I think it should be fine... maybe it even accentuate it.

I don't like the feeling of lipstick on my lips, I prefer lipgloss anyday.

At my engagement party:
Salika: Man, I need to renew my lipgloss but I don't have a mirror...
Husband: Oh here, I'll do it for you
*Husband puts on lipgloss for me*

I wonder if I went without makeup for a few weeks if it would clear up my skin... I've broken out like crazy lately, and I think its because I wear layers on my face all day and come home so tired sometimes that i got straight to bed without cleansing...

I dont use mac foundation though, I find it to be too thick and gross. I'm a big fan of their eyeshadows

I shuld've been more clear, I hate mac foundation and concealeres. its looks so caked up.

but I like their eyeliners and eyeshadows. they have some nice colors!

There's this one pic on your facebook where you're wearing a greenish/bluish outfit with a mustrad-yellow hijab, your makeup there looks very perfect and I think you would look stunning with that on your shaadi. mA

umm ya, not good at all. Stay away from make up and if need be, why dont you try the natural, loose powder makeup?

So I asked my sis to take me shopping to stock up because I'm literally out of clothes after getting rid of so many

She doesn't know it but after that, I'll tell her to take me to Ulta and help me choose a correct foundation and concealer.............I don't have the time to go to single make up counters
