I use Stila Perfecting Concealer, it's great for covering dark undereye circles, and also for any redness on the face. It's pretty thick and creamy, I usually put moisterizer on first, and dab a tiny bit on.
Also sometimes instead of that concealer, or on top of it, I put Mac Hyper Real Foundation, I use it in spots like a concealer. It has a satiny finish so it makes your skin look glowy. My skin is dry and these products don't flake on my skin.

So I asked my friend and she said used a light foundation and then set it with a light layer of powder. But she also said she likes the foundation from Laura Mercier better and is using that now. I think its just a matter of preference, you have to find the brand thats right for you and your skin. Instead of buying foundations just go to several counters and ask for a sample. This way you can see which one works best for you without wasting your money.

The best make-up remover i've come across (and i've tried many of the years Dior, Chanel, Mac, Oil of Olay, Maybelline, etc.....I like trying new things ) is Pond's Clean sweep toweletts. Clean's well, leaves your face super soft, has a nice smell, and pretty cheap.

I have the Neutrogena Oil-free eye make up remover and it works really well. Best eye make up remover i've used.

I LOVE this blush. Its so pretty. I wore it yesterday out with some friends I recently bought a cream blush stick from Estee Lauder called "Natural". It's pretty for everyday wear but not enough color for dressing up.

Re: All stolen from facebook.
so..I went to sephora yesterday and ended up filling a basket with $70 worth of stuff. I have an urban decay eye makeup addiction. well, I put it all back and decided to ask the family for a sephora gift certificate for my birthday next month. then I can splurge without the guilt.

chains and half-baked go together very nicely.
I'm a sucker for products with funky names.

Re: The Official Make-Up Thread
Try a red corrector instead of ur usual concealer. Also, if you want smooth application of concealer and foundation I would recommend investing in a steel pallet and spatula. U scoop a little of the concealer or foundation onto the pallet and u have to warm it with the spatula, like just go backwards and forward over the concealer. (If you want professional results) otherwise a small concealor brush n whatever concealor u like shld be ok, but pat it onto ur skin don't rub cos then it will come off.
A really excellent concealer for red areas I would recommend is super cover foundation in shade 16, which is a red corrector and all skin tones can use it, don't be put off by the colour Supercover :: Home > Face > Foundation

I am really cheap when it comes to beauty products, recently Ive been wanting to get a flat iron, theyre pretty pricey
Has anyone tried this from Conair? it seems more promising than regular flat irons but Im not sure

i keep watching the little ad to the side of it and i keep getting amazed by how AWESOME it is! i want!!!! seriosuly that looks pretty amazing....
i have the revlon stylix and it works okay but it takes a few swipes on a hair part to get it straight, its better than the conair regular one in black and yellow by far though. i hated that one, it really would mess with my hair.

I would never recommend those. The even better quality one's would damage your hair... But if you have real strong hair then I wouldn't recommend using them more than twice a month.
My wife forcefully used that thing on my hair, they got straight but looked too gay'ish. :-s
