I know it sounds stupid but test all 3 on different parts of your face and then go out under natural sunlight to see what looks best

shade II is for most people. If your lightish asian skinned go for that, if your dark Asian skinned go for III if you have white/pink skin go for I.
Also, its not meant for all over face (just in case people use it as a foundation but I'm sure noone would hehe ) just under eyes and as a highlighter. And I order mine online too

Re: The Official Make-Up Thread
I hate mascara. Probably because it's never worked for me and i don't see the point lol. It's so annoting to take off. So i prefer curling my eyelashes instead and putting vaseline on them to make them glossy. Yes vaseline
As for foundation, i'm so scared putting it on because i don't want it to mash my skin.

Make up isn't great for skin, plus your only 16 (says next to your user name) You could just use concealer if you're having a bad skin day.

Mascara is an itch to take off, which is why I rarely ever use it. I don't need to curl my lashes but a thin coat of vaseline works well.

Yea, with the taking it off process. I always used to try out mascaras on my right but not my left as much and then wipe it off. I seem to have less on my right now, it looks funny .
I spent £34 at mac today. Im so dumb. I was too tired to think about whether I was really happy with the stuff and it was 5:15 and I had to go home soon, so I was like, meh I cant be bothered to come back to Cardiff if I decide I do want it, so I'll just get it anyways. Studio Fix liquid nc42, sheer powder nc40.
Before I had studio fix nc 44 and I think it's too dark. but the main reason she gave me too dark was so it would cover my acne scars better. This one doesnt cover quite as well. But I do have a bit less scars than I used to, so there's generally less darkness on my face, so if I use 44 now I look noticeably browner and I think I end up looking odd/too different.
I need a buffer brush. I use my powder brush like a buffer brush and I'm damaging it cuz obv its a bit flatter and not meant to be used like that. I just like the way temptalia uses it to aply studio fix. Looks less like omg ur wearing meakup/blends more natural-looking.

So I want to get an eyeshadow kit with different colors, but bright colors that I can match to fancy outfits. This one looks good but it's pricey, $42.
and this Sephora one has 64 colors but they look dull, lots of browns and pale purples and colors that won't show on my skin tone. (the brighter ones are lipglosses/blush) :

Re: The Official Make-Up Thread
Love it. I got it in Deep Space.
Anyone tried this?! I liked it. But I was already wearing pink lipliner so I'm not sure if that why it looked so nice. What glosses/lipsticks do your guys use?

I have this one *NEW COLOURS* 2008 NEW 88 PRO ARTIST Eyeshadow Palette on eBay, also, Eye Shadow, Make-Up Cosmetics, Health Beauty (end time 06-Mar-08 03:29:53 GMT)
My asian bridal makeup tutor recommended it. It's from the same company that makes MAC eyeshadows. I got free sample of mac pigment with mine the pigments on these are really good, if u want more intense colour just use a damp brush.
