Re: The Official Make-Up Thread
CaramelCandy: sometimes I like to brush them up (it gives you a really odd yet pretty look when your hair is up), have an arch, or a natural round shape and this gel is great for someone like me who likes different looks. I really don't know any other way to explain it, sorry
I know what an eyebrow gel is but how does it give you an arch or round shape?

lol it's just the way you use it, I guess. My brows are shaped in a way where I can do different things with them. Maybe I should just post a picture with the different looks I can do, that would probably clairfy things.

Awww, yay!
I actually got it from Rob Talty...he was on Ambush Makeover.

neither do i. but i don't like concealer/foundation anyway. i hate the way it feels on my skin
colored mascara.. i used to have a really dark blue. i think it looks pretty hot. just not on me

i don't remember when i started. i'm pretty sure it was back in high school.
and even then all i wore was eyeliner and a maybe lip gloss
a little bit of eye shadow when i wasn't too lazy.
mostly though, all i wear is eyeliner. it's my best friend

i prefer pencil over liquid only because it's less messy. but liquid does give a more bolder look
and when dressing up for a special occasion, i sometimes put the liquid one on my top eyelid and the pencil on the bottom. i really want to try that smokey look shadha posted on the first page

When I get a chance I will iA...
Another good tip my friend taught me is that if your low on cash and can't afford a tinted moisturizer you can make your own. Grab your concealer and mix it with some lotion and apply all over your face. Works like a charm.

WORST MAKEUP EVER.
EVER.
Alhamdulillah, my skin was clear and fine before I started using this. As soon as I started using this, my face broke out so bad. I wanted to cry today It also made my face disgustingly oily after a couple hours. I switched from a moisturizer to a shine control moisturizer to see if that would help, but it did nothing. Honestly, nothing has worked better for me than the revlon colorstay. It has great coverage and my skin never breaks out with it. I've tried all the more expensive ones like mac, clinique, estee lauder, lancome, but I always find my way back to the colorstay. InshAllah my face clears in a couple days (tomorrow morning would be best ). Alhamdulillah for hijab because it'll cover most of them.

Re: The Official Make-Up Thread
Awww vanilla, that's the suck.
I'm usually a clear and pearl kinda girl but when I want some color, I LOVE Lumene Quick & Chic nail polish.
I'm wearing the one on the far left...soooo pretty. I did two light coats, which leaves a light gold color. I love doing gold/bronze colors, such as shadows , against my complexion. The coral orange on the far right looks soo nice, gotta try it next.

Yep it is, there are three shades I, II and III. I is the lightest and III the darkest, I use II.
Really good under eyes and around nose/mouth or just under eyebrow to make eyes look bigger. Blends really well, so don't worry about the shades too much.
