I've been using Bare Minerals/Cargo for awhile. Both are powder. So it helps it stay on. I've also used it by itself after I've moisturized. It has a subtle shimmer that looks very fresh. I don't use it if I'm using my foundation. No need.

Re: The Official Make-Up Thread
So far, I'm not impressed with HIP's supposed high intensity of their pigmented shadow. I'm going to try a different color today though.

Re: The Official Make-Up Thread
I have nice eyebrows, alh so one of the things I can't leave home without is my Bobby Brown natural brow shaper..it really keeps the hairs in place and makes your face look polished. I tried the one from Cover girl but a few hours later the gel would dry and I would get white crusty things in my eyebrows and it was gross. Bobby Brown doesn't do that and its something I would definently recommend for your makeup collection.
Bobbi Brown Cosmetics :: Eyes
(BTW it comes in different colors but I just get clear)

Re: The Official Make-Up Thread
i thought its like eye brow gel. it doesnt really shape them. just defines them and holds then in place...right?

The tweezers, brow brush, and gel are presented as a package in the sense that these are the tools you need to get perfect brows. Tweezers are used for getting rid of stray hairs, making a nice shape, etc. So if your brows need to be cleaned up use the tweezers, if you have sparse brows (thin) you can use the brow brush with a pigmented wax to give the appearance of thicker fuller brows. ( Benefit Brow Zings - Discount.makeup.com) Finally, you use the gel to hold them in place.

It's a gel that holds the shape of your brows. I have medium to slightly thick brows and I like to do different things with them..sometimes I like to brush them up (it gives you a really odd yet pretty look when your hair is up), have an arch, or a natural round shape and this gel is great for someone like me who likes different looks. I really don't know any other way to explain it, sorry

Exactly, I think the word "shape" confuses people.
