Has anyone had this done? What where the effects? Did it smooth and clear up your skin?

I recently went to a salon as I have had scarring for quite a few years now. I've had 2 treatments done so far (I booked 16 and it cost a wooping £1,072 equivalent to $2,140 )

My sisters friend had them done and said it is a waste on money

I wasted a load of money that wasn't even mine in the 1st place (from student loan)

I've had it done before and it definently helps clean the skin and makes it appear smoother but 16 treatments seems a bit much... basically what microbrasion does is removes the outer (dead) layer of your skin to reveal the fresh healthy younger skin beneath by way of a little sucking vacuum...(in other words an alternate expensive way of exfoliating your skin) and you definently dont want to do this too often. Is there any way you can reduce the number of sessions? If not, just spread each session apart as much as you can to let your skin generate new skin cells so your not damaging your skin.

16 is way too much, just get it done every 3-5 months or so, it depends on your skin. I haven't gotten it done but I know people who have and it made their skin looks brighter.

For that much money you could have bought 400 litres of ice cream to feel better about yourself with enough money left over for a back street liposuction. Some people don't know how to stretch their money.

You could have just bought a one way ticket to Saudi Arabia and saved yourself a lot of money.

Why would I want 400 litres of Icecream? Where am I gonna put all that, onli 5-10 will fit in the freezer so what about the other 390 liters. Wouldnt that be a waste? spending over a grand on ice cream that ur jus gna wee out or will come out ur butt isnt that a waste.

Anyway, this thread isnt about the money. And im sure if u guys had a massive bruise on ur face which every1 comments on, wouldnt u wan to do something about it. So please dont judge, cos I can turn around and say you lots waste your money dressing up as witches and devils for a dumb halloween do

Once a week is overkill.. if you can space them out to your liking then I would suggest getting it done a maximum of twice a month
