I hate when people complain when they have one small pimple on their face.

its like, hello!! imagine having that all over your face.

my skin messed up just a few months pior to my nikah, sucks. I've never had acne issues until now..man, and it' hurts.

neways, i thought if i ignored it, drink water, it would all go away..well, it didn't and my mom asked my Apa (

) what i should do, my god, neways, Alh. my mom did

apa said to use, gram flour, yogurt, lemon and honey. Make a concoction and put it all over..where u need, and inshAllah..it all goes away!~

yay, it makes your skin feel great too..but it will take time..i'm terrible, it was better but still around.i'm afraid i might have some infection that's why i have it..sigh, i guess i'll have to take a trip to the docs.

oh yea, tea tree oil soap is great, i would recommend the liquid version in place of the soap bar, ...b/c it's just more sanitary. It works good, but again, i still have my acne hanging around ..its not intense crazy stuff. But still, be gone w/ you!

So I got a Laser Genesis treatment done this past Friday, They're pretty expensive (about $400) and its said that 4-5 treatments are best to see good results

Im not getting any more done because I got a huge headache the next day
Im not too sure if the laser had anything to do with it, but I think so. The Glycolic acid peels are ok

I'm not quite sure why this is being advertised as a possible treatment for acne scarring. A punch is still going to leave a scar. It'll be a straight line, but unless the person knows what they're doing, a line can be hard to hide. Also, you couldn't take care of a large area with that, otherwise the pulling from all the punches is going to look terrible.

I'm seriously having problems with spots now-a-days, also my skin is really dry, no amount of moisturing seems to stop it being dry, I never used to have dry skin, I always had spots tho.

I started taking some fish oil and cod liver oil and it's helping me, along with vitamins. I also discovered ole henriksen

I'm not familiar with Dr. Whitaker but I think Dr. Weil is great! I really wish doctors looked at medicine with this approach because the body has a rhythm and I think one small thing can set a domino effect and you might catch some of those symptoms and treat the symptoms, but not the source of the problem. This is especially apparent, I believe, with skin problems. We always want to treat skin issues topically but it makes no sense if you look at it from a cause-effect point. I'm not against topical applications, but I think they should be secondary.

Ok, I finished my rant.
