Car Finance...buying a car

Leasing should not be an option. You technically don't own the car and the amount of miles you drive the car is limited.

Well leasing for a short term just to have a car for now until my options get better sounds good to me. Whats your view bro? What would you suggest?

Buy a used Japanese car as some of the others have suggested and then wait till your options get better. Or.. you can look into Islamic financing to look into financing a new car.
