I hate the TT.. IMO it's overpriced, nothing special in terms of power, & handles like crap.
Of the VW/Audi cars, I like the GTI & R32 (VW).. from Audi, I like the S5 (gorgeous car) and love the RS4, RS6, & R8.
The 3 series is a great choice.. noone, male or female, can go wrong with it.

You can kind of make some version of the 3 series into a 'chick car' .. for instance, a 328i convertible in feminine colors might be considered "chick-ish." I love the look of the hardtop convertible, though.. I strongly considered a 335i 'vert before going with the 335xi (which has all wheel drive & a lot more trunk space).
I'm taking delivery on Wednesday or Thursday iA. Very excited. I'll keep a careful eye out for scalpel scratches on my door locks. :P

Well, you guys should know how superficial I am by now, so the TT is purely a looks thing. And I wouldn't be afraid of scapel marks...no, I would never damage such a thing of beauty. I'll find other ways to relieve you of your vehicle.
P.S. Congrats, mashallah.

I don't like the way the TT looks, either. :P And the base FWD version is cheaper than a 3, but if you want AWD or a cabriolet and tack on a lot of options, its in the same ballpark.. and imo the 3s are much better values. I'm a little biased, but I say go for a 3.
I can see why people (women, especially) like the TT though. Some tuner in Vancouver recently cranked out about 20 550+ HP turbocharged & carbon-fibered up versions of it, all painted Lamborghini Gallardo orange.. they went for about 120k apiece (all spoken for before production).

See, if I had that kind of money, I'd be totally cool with it. It's faster than a Gallardo for about 100k less. :P Though for 120k, I can think of a lot of other cars I'd rather have.. like a Porsche 911 Turbo

Re: cars for girls
oh myyyyyyyyyyyyyy
drove by a dealership today..actually..there was a stoplight. i was tired and the sun was in my face..BUT i start looking at the cars
AND I SEE A PINK BEATLE SITTING THERE. and i was like OMG i have to have it.
i think im gonna take my parents out for dinner and then just magically we'll drive past this place, and ill be like, WOW ISN'T THAT THE CUTEST CAR YOU EVER EVER SAW!
anyways i already told my dad. he said that they dont cost much. so im like thinking, does he mean they suck as cars or does that sorta mean i could get one? who knows. i really dont care if it sucks as a car.
