The video begins with "based on a true story", since although the characters themselves are fictitious, Tupac wrote this song after reading a story in the newspaper of a 12-year-old girl getting pregnant from her cousin and trying to dispose of the baby in an incinerator.

in fact i remember this story too, it happend around 90' or 91' in nyc.
