Good call.
There's some tracks out there that you just can't possibly keep up with because the tempo is so unrelenting, and so fast and furious - try Darude's Ecstasy, for starters.
Some of DJ Tiesto's tracks are alright, to use - Traffic, Adagio, Lethal Industry, etc.
Cascade - Altitude [not Cascad a, though you can use theirs if you want]
Christopher Lawrence - most of his tracks: Fascinating, Geoscape, Propulsion, Renegade, Rush Hour.
DJ Danny D - Airbreak
Global DJs - What a Feeling, San Francisco
Nikki & Christina - Let the Games Begin [if you understand Greek, its even better]
Pulsedriver - Slammin'
David Guetta - The World Is Mine
Zombie Nation - Kernkraft 400 [the song they always play at hockey / soccer games - Bruins have it as their theme song, and its always on at the ACC in Toronto for Leafs home games]
I think its only girls that need music on when they work out ... I've never seen guys have music on when they work out.
