Based on places I've lived, I'd have to say:

Rancho Santa Fe and Atherton California.

Don't ever move to Greenwich, CT , it sucks!!!!

NY isn't that bad, I have family in Old Westbury, Manhasset and Cold Spring Harbor, which are nice areas
