my question is: since the ingredients include stuff like tamrand and asafoetida (goor/gurr), is it gonna be a "sweet salan"  , i so wanna try it, but i dont wanna be blamed for ruining everyone's taste.

its just .like the bhagara bhaigaan recipe..ecept replace baigaan with chilies of course
