Not true, it can be the spirit of a loved one thats passed. Some people believe that kind of stuff, it makes them feel comfort.
There are alot of other interpretations, saying thats its religious would make sense of course, but still the song can be interpreted in more than one way. Whether or not the singer had Jesus (PBUH) in mind is
Her own business, and by NOT including his name in the song she made it None of My Business. So I enjoy it the way I want to.
