I've yet to work out a schedule for exercising.....as of now I do random times. But I've noticed that I do a lot of stretching without meaning to. For example, if I'm standing next to a chair or bed, I would put up my leg and start stretching.......or if I'm sitting down, I would do the half-situps......ya, I'm silly like that
