i work out but not too much cause i dont eat alot. not cause im trying to diet, but just cause i dont. i just have a huge sweet tooth. any time my husbands on-call at the hospital, ill just make food for him to drop off and then eat cereal all day. but when he isnt and gets to come home, then ill make enough for both of us.
so i work out on the elliptical for just half an hour (ill choose a program already built in) and then do abs and push-ups. i already lost couple of pounds (im hoping arabatman wont come in here and tell mommy about this) so i gotta fix that. you just gotta look to maintain, not lose weight if your already healthy. otherwise you'll look too skeletal, and nobody likes that. no matter what hollywood shows you.
