word, that's what i figured as well. but like i said, the problem is just don't know WHAT to do.
i think we have a a couple of fitness tapes (yes. VHS. those things) lying around somewhere. maybe i'll pop one of those in, or download some belly dancing vid or just practice some dance -- at least with those things, i know i'm working most of my body instead of just leaving it up to me.
plus, i've never had my legs hurt so much as after i've done a hardcore bhangra routine

not even the day after fooz made me do legs with her at the gym.
