i kinda feel th at because i have no soreness whatsoever, i'm not really gaining anything other than "increased physical activity"  booo.

Maybe you should change up what you're doing? I read somewhere online if you do the same thing at the gym, pretty much your body gets used to it - you hit like a plateau or something. Sally's the
best at routines. Talk to her and let her make something up for you.
