I do agree though that with the ridiculous amount of wealth pouring into Dubai, they should start thinking of having greater aspirations than just creating the most luxurious tourist spot for rich Westerners.

Education CAN be a business. The Boston area is a prime example of that. Its about executing a strategy, with good intentions. I simply do not see some important components of it in Dubai's leadership.
