Wow, you did weights too? How long was your entire workout?
Should I be worried? My workout is usually an hour long... an hour and a half if I do weights, but I don't do those everyday.
Does everybody here usually do 90 minutes of cardio?

I thought 45 is okay... plus some stretching before and after. I did 60 minutes of cardio today and thought that was good... 'cause it's more than my usual 45.
