most of the Arab countries are going to be in a tough spot because they try to always keep good relations with both the Western and the Eastern blocs. The exceptions are countries like Syria and Iran, and countries like Saudi Arabia which are committed to one side over the other. I think Egypt will end up recognizing Kosovo, and so will most of these other places, they're just waiting for the whole charade of UN negotiations to happen

Israel rejects unilateral declarations of independence because of the Palestinians.

I can see Iraq and Iran being cold to Kosovo as well

Interestingly, Bosnia is not recognizing the new state, because apparently Bosnian Serbs are blocking it or something
