It's a gel that holds the shape of your brows. I have medium to slightly thick brows and I like to do different things with them..sometimes I like to brush them up (it gives you a really odd yet pretty look when your hair is up), have an arch, or a natural round shape and this gel is great for someone like me who likes different looks. I really don't know any other way to explain it, sorry
