I was interested in playing with makeup when I was 13, but I didnt really get anything (apart from lipgloss), and would feel weird about wearing it coz my older sister whos 4 years older than me never used to wear makeup or anthing. So I never really had any makeup to play with when I wanted to. Then at 14, 15, 16, I wasnt really bothered. Only at 18 I became interested again. Plus I got more paranoid about how much my face sucked, so I had to invest in foundation. And then my sister started borrowing all my stuff and became a girl, after I did.
My neice is 10 and sometimes she wears lipgloss and occasianally light glittery eyeshadow. I dont see a problem with it as long as its really light makeup. I think it's okay to wear more than that maybe at 15. Is that strict
