I got one for lightening skin:

4-5 Newspaper sheets

15 oz of tap water

300 grams of pva glue

10 grams of flour

Mix the pva, flour and water together, adding torn strips of newspaper.

Mix thoroughly maintaining a fluid texture, then spread on to face and leave to dry.

For a tan effect, use brown water colour after the mixture has dried.

For beauty spots and other aesthetically pleasing marks use a black felt tip pen.
