even if he is geniunely serious about u, one can never be certain ur gonna end up marrying each other so besides being haram, u should never have physical contact for that reason as well.If he truly cares for u, he should respect u and know that that stuff comes after marriage not before.
i've seen a lot of girls get used this way cuz the guys never intend to marry them .they only pass time .
