Zodiac- good movie, frustrating ending. *semi spoiler ahead* I don't know what the actual details were, but it seemed like the police gave up after a few years and didn't have skilled people on the team to figure out what the cartoonist did. And why couldn't they arrest him with the stuff they had? People get arrested for way less than that. Or have constant surveillance on the guy, eventually he's going to mail a letter. And that constant phone ringing was so annoying, most annoying ring tone ever! Pedophiles should be jailed for life/death penalty.

I just watched this too! I agree it was frustrating, but I believe that's pretty much how it went down. After the cartoonist published his book, the police did start taking him seriously sort of. I always wonder if these type of crimes had existed in our time, when we have all our spiffy crime analysis techniques, would we be able to catch these ppl?
Also saw - The Bridge: creepy and haunting! Watching actual footage of people killing themselves is disturbing. But my favorite part is watching the OTHER people on the bridge, silently reacting to the people jumping off/trying to, and then hearing what was going through their minds at the time. It's an interesting portrait of the impact suicide has on everyone left behind. It was especially odd that most of the deceased relative's weren't surprised. But favorite reaction: "There was a message on the answering machine. If he had only waited a day longer he would have had a job interview at Game Stop."
