Abu al-Qasim an-Nasr Abadi (RA) said "The basis of tasawwuf is adheing firmly to the Quran and Sunnah, abstaining from innovations and whims,respecting the honour of the mashaikh, looking at the excuses of people, being constant on different forms of dhikr, and abstaining from resorting to concessions and [far-fetched] interpretations"
