Even if they did ban the Qur'an, many Muslims, unlike Christians, have it committed to memory. This is another one the many beauties of Islam.

So even if they banned the Qur'an everywhere, there are enough people out there can still teach it and still write what they memorize and give it to others.

Try as they might, they'll never be able to stop Islam from getting to the believers.
