OMG so i realized today that i am completely incapable of being an authoritative person. like, i cant really firmly ask somebody about whether they did what their job is (if its my responsibility to ask them so) without feeling like im gonna hurt their feelings or something. so i'd rather just do the work myself and cry abt having so much to do. in my mind. sigh.
