that's actually an awesome website for beginners..it also has lots of good extra info

and yeah, i just wanna say that it's near impossible to achieve toning that makes you look like a man if you're just working out like very minimally..and people who do get that look work out at least 3-4 hrs a day..i know a lot of these people and there's no way in hell they could've achieved that just working out like people like us. i do think that working out so extremely has led to them losing their feminine look to a degree, but it's not my business..

normal women like us should strenght train if even lightly. because you dont want to turn 40 and gain a ton of weight..and certainly dont want to suffer from osteoporosis later on in life..and so many desi women suffer from that that it's sad. also theres not enough calcium in our diet.

additionally as you age your skin begins to lose elasticity/tightness and strenght training can help avoid/slow down the painful process considerably..google it. i lost a link that supports that..wanted to cite here.

there're just a crazy amount of reasons why you should strenght train if youre a woman. regular exercise makes it likely for pregnancy and labor to be complicated. resting metabolism is much better. losing any weight gained during pregnancy is a like a piece of cake. (hi muscle memory) etc.

so anyway really you wont turn into a man. seriously.
