Did one hour and 45 mins. One hour on the elliptical at level 9 and speeds of 3.6-4.0..then the bike for 20 mins..and the treadmill for 25 mins..I increased the incline to 3.0 and avg speed was 4.7. But I'm not tired alh. then 20 leg extension reps, 10 pec reps, and 20 for the arms.
