Doctors Without Borders travels
everywhere.
Remote Area Medical also travels throughout the world, specifically to rural areas, even going as far as having doctors, dentists, and nurses parachute in. They have a US program to set up camp in places like Appalachia.

Smile Train or
Operation Smile once I finish my training.
I also want to learn how to fly an airplane, so I would love to fly around with a plane full of supplies and just go to local hospitals to do surgeries.
